With 7 day film drop-off in person and mail-in film developing for those outside Toronto proper, West Camera are one of the top choices of photo lab in the city.
They develop C-41 from $5.50, which is a steal, and cover 120mm film plus black and white. They do not process E-6 however, and some customers report that film developing can take longer than the stated 2 – 3 business days.

A one-man kind of operation, Best-Image Photo Center give you a personal service and basic 35mm film processing for a fair price.
They are closed Sundays but open late, until 7pm, every other day, and can develop film in around 3 days for a fair price, with a premium for 1 hour developing.
They don’t have a website and can close unexpectedly, so best to call ahead if you are making a special visit.

Not only offering film processing, but also photo books, gifts and print enlargements, Annex Photo offer same day developing of 36 exp. 35mm C-41 film for $7.00, which is a very good price for Toronto.
You can save a bit of money by pushing this back a day, but really Annex are one of the few labs offering same day developing, scanning and printing, making this their main selling point.

At 60 Minute Photo Lab you can order your film developing online, then simply drop your film off at their store. They will mail negatives back to you for a small extra cost, meaning you might only need one visit to get your film developed.

Toronto Film Lab are one of the newer spots in Toronto for processing, established in 2021.
Prices are on the high side when compared to other labs in the area, and processing can take 5 – 10 days, but they do cover ECN-2 developing, which is uncommon.

Rapid Photo offer same-day developing using kiosks, or next-day with the film sent to their off-site lab.
They are ideally placed for quick turnaround jobs, but don’t cover more specialized services like E-6 or large format film.

Offering standard C-41 and B&W 35mm and 120mm film developing, C41 Film Labs are one of the few labs offering next day black and white film developing and scanning, and all for a very reasonable approx. $15 price (depending on scan type).
They also have reasonable prices for buying film, and by specializing in this small area, are able to offer a much more personal service than some of the bigger labs.
